Section 53 of Rajasthan Tenancy Act — Partition of Agricultural Holdings

Section 53 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 gives every co-sharer (khatedar tenant) the absolute right to file a suit for partition of their joint agricultural holding and division of rent.
