Partition & Boundaries — Section 53 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955

Partition of agricultural holdings is governed by Section 53 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955. Any co-sharer (khatedar tenant) has the right to sue for partition of their joint holding to separate their individual share on maps and records.
