Eviction & Encroachments — Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956

Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 empowers the Tehsildar to summarily evict any person occupying government land without authority. Encroachments on Charagah (pasture) and government wasteland are treated as serious violations under revenue law.
